Kimmy has been absolutely fantastic. She somehow managed to get all my jumbled ideas together beautifully, patiently creating extra bits as I got new ideas and helping me think through options. The time she spent teaching me how to update the website myself was invaluable. It's fair to say Kimmy went above and beyond, using her own time to make sure my website was ready on time. I asked Kimmy to come round and take some photos for me , she knew exactly what she was doing with shade and light making the photo look there best ,in a very natural way , she's so very easy to chat to and explains things in a very easy lovely way , I would not hesitate to recommend Kimmy in fact I have many times . Kimmy and Bob were easy and professional to deal with, created a brand new more modern website, booking system and integrated diary which all work seamlessly. I've been so excited to have everything in one place using Google products and everything now works as it should and to have support on hand when needed. Great service and excellent value for all the hard work they put into it.

Fantastic service and very informative

I have known Bob and Kimmy for a while and last year after I qualified as a massage therapist and decided to start my own business. After attending a networking event at Whitstable Business Club and talking to Bob and Kimmy, they kindly offered to build my massage website.

I was very enthusiastic but didn’t know the first thing about building a website, Bob and Kimmy, in their initial consultation were very informative and made it easy for me to understand, the website is fantastic. Bob and Kimmy continue to help me whenever I need them. The fee was reasonable, the website was well worth the money.

Recommend KOOLWEBS to anyone who needs a website.

After meeting Kimmy through Whitstable business club, I did not hesitate to approach her to help me build a website.

Being new to the business world, I didn’t quite fully know how I wanted my website/where to start with a domain.
